Sammy Verner is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant and a Fellow Member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistant (SDPA). She grew up in Sacramento, California and received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California. This is where she met her husband, an Idaho native. After graduating in 2016, Sammy and her husband moved to Boise, calling it home. She received her Master’s of Health Sciences, Physician’s Assistant degree in 2019 at Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences in Staunton, Virginia.
She has been practicing in Boise since receiving her degree and joined Dr. Brooks in 2021. Under the direction of Dr. Brooks Sammy’s focus is to provide excellent and individualized patient centered care to her patients and their families.
Sammy’s hobbies include spending time with her husband, family and friends, cooking, playing tennis, running, traveling, serving at her church, and enjoying the outdoors.
