Medspa Consultations

We require a $50 fee which will be used as credit towards your Medspa service if booked that same day.

Results from treatments are not guaranteed. Our bodies are ever-changing and can influence the results from the services we offer. Results may vary. All treatments are not for every skin type/skin tone. Consults must be done prior to getting a treatment. As the client, you are ultimately deciding if the treatment is right for you based on what the esthetician has told you in the consultation outweighing risks involved.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance. All services cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $25 fee. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged a $25 fee We require a credit card to be left on file for these reasons and updated as necessary.

Arrivals

Arrival after 15 minutes, may affect the allotted time of the service. We will make every effort to accommodate guests for their full appointment time but this may not always be possible. For all customers we understand many unexpected situations can occur such as delays due to traffic, finding a parking spot…etc. Please plan accordingly.

Cosmetic contracts/packages

Pre-paid packages may be cancelled up to 72 hours. You will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. All purchased packages expire within 1 year of purchase date and can be used at anytime or used as spa credit towards a different service. If you have started using your package and request a refund due to unforeseen circumstances, you may receive a refund based on the original price of the unused portion of the service minus a $25 processing fee.

Product Returns

Unopened/undamaged products may be returned within 30 business days for full refund, minus 10% processing fee.*

Used Product/s may be returned for exchange or credit only based on Boise Dermatology discretion. Product must be in original packaging, and not have significant visual damages or substantial usage (1/4 original content).*

All or any products sold at a sale or discounted price are marked as final sale.*

Gift Cards are non-refundable.
